S.I.T. - A method to use when you’re on the verge of lashing out

We’ve all had moments in life where we’ve said things we wish we wouldn’t have said. A moment when we just lashed out because we were hurting. But, if you apply my S. I. T. Method, I think you’ll find that you can be calmer and more rational, which will do better in the long run.
